the location was excellent. it was very close to the airport bus service and to the tour bus. despite being central, it was well soundproofed, therefore quiet. the staff were very friendly, too.
we asked for something to be repaired all 3 days of our trip and it wasn't done. we had an early flight on the last day, and i requested capsules of coffee for the room since none of days it was replaced. the receptionist said he couldn't do anything till 7.30.

The room was clean and large. I found the bed wonderful! The staff were very friendly, courteous and always willing to help. I will stay here again.
I requested capsules of coffee for the room, since it wasn't replaced any of the days. The receptionist said he couldn't do anything till 7:30. It was a very poor way of solving problems! The breakfast buffet was very small. I don't think it was worth the money.

i was charmed by the location, it was near multiple metro stations. the breakfast offered a diverse selection and delicious options. the front desk staff was very attentive, helping with any needs.
The soundproofing could be slightly better. I occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

i encountered a problem with a repair request. i asked for it to be addressed over three days, but it remained unresolved. this lack of attention was a bit disappointing.
